- What is the status of my order?
To check on the status of an order, grab your order number and email address, use this link, and behold!
Your info’s all there. We will also send updates via email when your order ships, so keep an eye out.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
The production process starts quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order before it starts being made. Changes to the address or email registered to the order can be made directly in your online receipt until production of the order starts.
- I have a question about my order, what should I do?
We’re happy to answer questions about Orders, Order Modifications, Shipping, Returns, & Cancellations… and pretty much anything else you can throw at us. Plus, we’re nice and fun!
- I need help with a late order.
Orders from our store are typically delivered within 5 to 10 business days after printing begins. For international orders, transit will take approximately 2-4 weeks.

- I didn’t receive an order confirmation email.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, the email may have been directed to your spam folder. If it is not there, please reach out at as we may have the incorrect email on file. Make sure to include the name on the shipping information, your email, and anything else that might be helpful!
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal. We also accept debit cards featuring the Mastercard or Visa logo.
- How secure is my payment?
The connection to our site from the cart uses a valid, trusted SSL certificate (valid HTTPS) on a secure TLS connection and a strong protocol version and cipher suite.
On credit/debit cards, CVV verification is required before any order can be completed. Additionally, most credit cards and Paypal offer buyer protection for online purchases. Please contact them directly for specific details as it may vary from one financial institution to another.
- What is the security code?
Credit and debit cards have a security code located on them. For most cards it will be a 3-4 digit number located on the back. For American Express cards you will find a 3-4 digit number printed on the front side of the cards.
- Is my credit/debit card charged as soon as I order a product?
Yes, your charge is processed immediately. It may show up initially as an authorization on your account, and then, as it is accepted it will show as a charge on your statement.
If you accept a special offer for additional shirts at a discount, those shirts will be billed as a secondary charge immediately after accepting.
- Do you accept international credit cards?
Yes. Some credit card companies may charge foreign transaction fees when you are making a purchase that is not in your native currency. All such fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Can I track my order?

If you have ordered several items, they are often shipped out in separate packages so you may receive them on diffferent days. You will receive an email with a tracking number for each package sent.

- When will my order ship out?
Orders usually ship 3-5 days from the date the production process started. Actual shipping times and delivery date may vary depending on local postal service in your area.
- How long does it take my order to arrive? Can it be expedited?
Your order will arrive approximately 5-10 business days after it’s shipped. We use different shipping partners, but final delivery is usually via USPS.
For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & International orders please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Final delivery is usually via your local postal service.
Expedited shipping options available for domestic orders at an additional cost. Expedited shipping guarantees your order will arrive in 4-7 business days.

- Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?
Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. Once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping is available worldwide through a variety of different carriers.
- My tracking number isn’t working.
Tracking numbers can take 3-8 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can experience delays updating their site or delivering an order. If the tracking number is still not working within 4 business days, please contact us at [email protected].
- I haven’t received a shipment notification.
If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, the email may have been directed to your spam folder. If it is not there, please reach out at [email protected] as we may have the incorrect email on file. Make sure to include the name on the shipping information, your email, and anything else that might be helpful!
- How do you handle Customs/Duty Charges?
Customs and duty charges may be applicable depending on the country of origin, size, weight and/or value of your order.
All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
- My package is marked delivered, but I never received it.
If your package is marked delivered, but you never received it, follow these steps:
Check around your home/apartment in case the postal carrier placed the package in an odd spot.
Ask your neighbors as they may have received your package instead.
Reach out to your local post office for information regarding the package.

- There are Item(s) missing from my order!
Don’t worry! If you are missing an item from your order, it was most likely shipped separately.
To know if items are sent separately, refer to your shipping confirmation email. If the email displays multiple tracking numbers, your order has been sent out in multiple packages and your missing item should show up soon.

- What do I do if there is something wrong with my order?
Let us know! We want to help you receive the correct product in perfect condition.

- How does the clothing generally fit?
Finding the right fit online can be tough.
Take a glance at our size chart linked below the item selection area of the order screen
Women’s shirts such as Nano or Fitted are slim, contoured fit. We usually recommend to go up a size if a roomier fit is preferred.
- How should I wash and care for my purchase?
We recommend keeping things cool — wash on cold and use a low heat setting in the dryer. Good for your gear and the Earth.
- Do you offer Tall, Maternity or Plus sizes?
At this time, we do not offer tall, maternity or plus sizes. We are constantly looking to add new products, so please do check back in the future!
- What are your shirts made of?
Most apparel items are made of 100% cotton. However, heathered colors and some specific clothing items are poly blends. If you would like to know the composition of a specific product, please email us at [email protected]
- How do I add a discount or promotion code?
Special promotions are available through specific campaign links which already contain this code embedded in its URL. or promo codes that can be added at checkout before a purchase. Limited to one promotion per order.
If you have a discount or promo code offer, please verify that the discount is applied before completing your payment as we are not able to apply discounts retroactively.

- Do you have Gift Cards?
We do not currently have gift cards! But consider sending someone something you find. Thanks you!
- What do I do if I can’t find what I am looking for?
