SHIPPING

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

  • As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

  • Shipping rates may vary depending on your location and the weight/dimension of the product shipped.
  • Note that we do offer free shipping on most of our products.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

  • We ship to almost any place in the world, except the following: Alaska, Hawaii, Afghanistan, North Korea, Syria.

WHY DIDN’T MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

  • We process your orders through different warehouses all around the globe. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers, so you can get items faster. Therefore, orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next one – so no need to worry if you don’t receive them all at once, know they are on their way.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • You’ll be receiving the tracking code by e-mail along with instructions on how to track your package. You can also go to our ‘Track Order’ section on our website. Please note that the tracking information takes 3-7 days to be displayed.

WHY IS MY SHIPMENT STATUS UNCHANGED?

  • Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can only be displayed after your order has started being shipped. If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 10 days or if the tracking number is not found, please contact us at: [email protected]

WHY DID I HAVE TO PAY AN EXTRA FEE TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY IN ORDER TO GET MY ORDER?

  • Depending on each shipping company’s policy, you might be charged an additional fee for the final delivery or for the import tax, which sometimes is due to your shipping address being in a remote area. In this case, please kindly pay them the required fee.

RETURN & REFUND

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

1. REASONS WHY YOU WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER:

A change in size (products under $100 will be applied) :

  • It happens that you make a mistake. Please insert a note that states which size you would like and we will send you the correct size. In this case, we offer you pay more $20 by filling in your information in this : LINK , choose a title of $20, and then ADD TO CART. We will automatically reship for you the replacement (up or down 1 size) after payment success.You don’t need to send an item back.This $20 is only for the shipping fee, not the cost of the product.

You received the wrong item : 

  • Like we said. Although we double check everything, it can happen that we send you the wrong item. No worries, please send a photo of the incorrect item they received to [email protected] and one of the team will follow it up for you.

You received a damaged/faulty item :

    • Although quality is one of our top priorities, it can happen that a damaged item is sent out by mistake. In this case, you do not need to return the item. You can keep it, maybe sew it yourself, use it as a rag or throw/give it away. The only thing we need you to do is send us a support email ([email protected]) stating your order number and please include a photo of the damaged good. If we can see in the photo it is damaged, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge ASAP

  • Also we would love it if you could tell us the reason why you are returning your item for a refund. We strive to get you the best quality possible, so we’d love to learn from your experience to even up our quality some more.

2. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF

  • You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”. We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
  • The item(s) have been worn or washed
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way
  • The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition unless the condition is our fault
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
  • The item(s) were a Final Sale item

At the moment, though we do offer free shipping on most of our products, we do not offer free returns. You would need to pay for the cost of shipping back the item

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

  • You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee.
  • Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible.
  • The item must be in stock on the competitors website.
  • The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location.
  • The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
  • The compeitior must be an Authorized Retailer for the product in question.
  • The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax.
